The Prinz Law Office generally makes available fractional general counsel services to clients on a remote basis, in which clients receive a discount on the services in exchange for their monthly commitment to a certain volume of recurring work, typically over monthly or quarterly basis.  Generally, a minimum number of recurring months or quarters would be required.

How do Fractional Services Work?

The firm’s fractional service offerings provide the same high level of service available to our hourly clients but on a fractional rate basis, in which access to the services is reserved for the fractional period by a non-refundable retainer.
